PHOTOS: T.I. & Tiny Party It Up With Iggy Azalea In ATL

T.I. & wife Tiny were spotted clubbing it up at The Gold Room in Atlanta Monday night.  And the bleached blonde up and coming rapper T.I. is now touting, Iggy Azalea, was there too.  Why the mean mug Tiny?

And if you're wondering how T.I. ever even teamed up with this chick, Iggy revealed today there wasn't a "discovery" situation.  She brought him in on the deal.  Pics and deets inside...

Anywho...it's been widely reported that T.I. put Iggy on and is one of "his" artists.  But Iggy tweeted today that's not quite the truth.  When one of her followers asked how did Tip go about signing her, she responded:

im signed to interscope and i brought him in to be a part of my deal. id been writing for other ppl on the label for a while. it was never really a 'discovery' type situation.

T.I Joins The Cast Of “Boss” On Starz

Tip has landed himself a new acting role alongside Kelsey Grammer on the Starz network. More details after the jump!!

Deadline.com reports that Atlanta rap star and actor T.I. has joined the cast of “Boss” on pay cable network Starz starring Kelsey Grammer as the mayor of Chicago hiding the fact he has a degenerative neurological disease.

Production for season two begins in Chicago Monday. His part will be in a season-long arc as a former gangbanger with an eye on a political career.

According to the story in Deadline.com, “he is the conduit between a local Alderman and the only group powerful enough to function as a grassroots organization in the projects – gangs.”

Starz, like other paid cable networks that rely on subscriptions rather than advertising, doesn’t necessarily focus on overnight ratings but more about pleasing its subscribers. “Boss” was quickly renewed last fall despite modest numbers. (It opened at 659,000 viewers, then fell to 319,000 viewers week two. With repeated viewing, the debut drew about 3 million viewers over its first three days.)

Grammer won a Golden Globe earlier this year for his role on ‘Boss.”

T.I. has acted in three major films: “ATL,” “American Gangster” and most recently 2010’s “Takers.”

He is currently on a reality show, “T.I. and Tiny,” on VH1, which averages about 2.5 million viewers a week. Though the network has not said anything about a renewal, if T.I. is willing to move forward, I can’t imagine VH1 would say no for a second season.
