Reginae Carter, Lil Wayne’s daughter, celebrated her 13th Birthday yesterday in style! Reginae had a Cinderella bash fit for a real life princess! Her dad, her mom Toya, T.I. and Tiny, and her Godfather Birdman were all on hand to help Reginae celebrate her birthday! The party kicked off with a formal introduction by proud father Lil Wayne.
